This Wednesday, November 16th, Motze chefs Nick Balla and Cortney Burns welcome Abraham Conlon and Adrienne Lo, co-owners of the celebrated Chicago eatery Fat Rice, to celebrate the release of their cookbook THE ADVENTURES OF FAT RICE: Recipes from the Chicago Restaurant Inspired by Macau (Ten Speed Press, October 25, 2016). The cookbook-meets-comic book-meets-history lesson, which explores the food culture of Macau (a melting pot of Chinese, Portuguese, Malaysian, and Indian foodways), will be the inspiration for a three-course dinner.
